Achieve Change Thrive (ACT) is a nonprofit organization that supports young adults ages 18 to 24 as they transition out of foster care and other systems of instability. We focus on providing pathways to safe housing, life skills development, workforce readiness, and access to essential resources that promote independence and long term stability. Our work is grounded in the belief that when young people are met with consistent support and opportunity, they can build sustainable futures and truly thrive.
